The project explores the body of the post-Soviet city as a space of cognitive dissonance, where neon signs serve not as emblems of progress, but as a luminous veil. Vibrant commercialism set against a backdrop of concrete decay represents an attempt to repaint a rusted mechanism rather than repair its engine. We witness a paradox: the old worldview has already been rejected, while the new one merely imitates form without substance. Garish lettering and digital indicators fragment the living city into pieces of mercenary hope, creating an "urban lullaby" that diverts attention from obsolete structures. Like a body, the city yearns for purification, yet remains a hostage to its own adornments—a system that, beneath layers of "creative" infrastructure, breeds parasites while desperately straining to appear alive.
